The hotel was okay but very dirty. The rooms didn't have towels or the amenities you'd expect. The service was extremely rude at times, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for what we needed, but not many dining options nearby. The dining experience was supposed to be good, but there were some issues with breakfast. Facilities were lacking in cleanliness.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the city, close to a McDonald's and near the venue we were visiting. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked well, but there was a lingering smell of body odor and they needed better cleaning. The staff seemed disorganized and apathetic about customer service, although housekeeping and other amenities were available. The hotel is in Columbus, close to the airport, features solid core foam beds, and offers a variety of dining options for different tastes.
